One day, on r/DisabledGamers, I saw a post where the OP was looking for something that was comfortable to use as someone with cerebral palsy. They'd said they hated using WASD on a keyboard. 

I reached out and, after spitballing some ideas, I built this. 

It's domed to be more comfortable with palm movements. The dome controls W, A, S, and D. The three main buttons are Z, X, and C. When you press in the dome, it presses the V key. Of course, I can customize it to be any keys you'd like.
